| | Warwick international hotels, a collection of over 45 hotels, resorts and spas worldwide in prestigious locations including, Europe, USA, Asia, Africa, Bali and the Pacific seeks applications from suitably qualified & experienced person for the senior executive management role. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) The Successful Candidate will report to the president or his designate, providing leadership and strategy direction in the execution of the effective financial management o f the institution including the exercise of sound budgeting and budgetary control practices |
| | 2) The operation of internal controls and the timely production of financial reports. |
| | Interested applicant must have the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Ten (10) years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, with either a degree in finance or accounting or with a recognized accounting qualification; Knowledge of contracting, negotiating |
| | and change management, finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principals including generally accepted accounting principals; Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems |
| | - Proven track-record in building and administering a sound financial function (strong accounting skills, creation of financial policies and strategic business planning tools); An experience energetic attention to |
| | detail, self-starter who has the ability to quickly analyze financial and non-financial data, identify issues of areas of inefficiencies, proposing solutions to any issues and managing the implementation thereof |
| | under corporate guidance |
| | - An excellent team-player , enthusiastic with ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects; Strong systems skills are needed, |
| | including advanced working knowledge of microsoft office, excel, word and powerpoint; Knowledge of accounting software packages essential. |
