| | Magistrate. |
| | Criteria: |
| | - possess a Degree in Law from a recognised university; meet all requirements under the Judicial Services & Courts Act; |
| | - possess demonstrable ability for case management; an outstanding and reputable member of his/her community; |
| | - be fluent in English and/or French language; be computer literate; be medically fit; |
| | - be ready to be posted anywhere in the country; be able and willing to travel to and compose the court anywhere in the |
| | country; |
| | - be able and willing to work under time pressure. |
| | Salary: |
| | Remuneration is as provided for in the Judicial Services & Courts Act and Government. |
