| | Job Description: |
| | iGen is a project management business based in Port Vila currently overseeing several endeavors in Vanuatu aimed at assisting the Government and the general public. We are looking for an individual with experience in Fundraising and Grant/Aid applications to join our team and further the financial support of our projects. Main Duties/Responsibilities: |
| | - Reporting to thee Chief Operations Officer |
| | - Research fundraising, grant and aid opportunities available |
| | - Develop and implement strategies for short and long term fundraising efforts |
| | - Raise awareness of the work iGen are doing in an effort to grow exposure of our projects |
| | - Prepare and deliver applications to various aids and grant organisations b |
| | - Continue communication and reporting to our stakeholders and potential supporters. |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Minimum 1 year experience in work with aid or grant agencies, and/or |
| | - Minimum 1 year experience in successful grant/aid applications |
| | - High standard of English literacy (reading and writing) |
| | - Good communication and presentation skills |
| | - Being highly motivated and organized; qualifications not required, but an advantage |
| | Salary: |
| | Contract salary for initial period will be based on the successful applications experience and qualifications and range between 300-450vt per hour. A commission structure is also built into the contract subject |
