| | 2) Instituting improved financial management arrangements throughout the VPF and providing sound financial management advice to the commissioner VPF, the commander corporate services unit and VPF senior executive on all VPF budget and financial management matters. |

| | - VPF is looking for a mature and committed individual with extensive experience in senior accounting and/or financial management roles preferably within a government of vanuatu institution; Must be able to |
| | demonstrate excellent budget preparation and reporting experience in a large organisation; High level financial analytical skills; Excellent team leadership skills; Have a minimum of 5 years experience in a |
| | senior budget and/or financial management role |
| | - Must possess tertiary qualifications in bachelor of financial management; Extra qualification of accounting (CPA) or economics is an advantage; Have excellent communication, liaison and presentation skills; |
| | Demonstrate a thorough understanding and experience with the government of vanuatu and ministry legislative and financial management reporting |
| | - Familiar with MFEM FMIS smart stream systems; Must be computer literate with excellent skills in access and excel database analysis. |
