| | 1) Will use strong leadership skills to effectively manage and lead the NHC towards achieving its mission in a cost-effective and customer - oriented manner |
| | 2) Demonstrated capabilities in project management, including preparation of proposals, financial forecasting and feasibility analysis |
| | 3) Ability to work without supervision and in a team and to meet deadlines |
| | 4) High personal standards and a professional and flexible approach to managing an institution with a focus on efficiency in administration |
| | 5) A passion for achieving the mission of the NHC through financially responsible projects and innovative approaches. |

| | - Must have a high level of motivation; Must embrace new and flexible approached; Must have strong business and managerial skills; Extensive managerial experience, preferably in business and property |
| | development is highly desirable; Strong knowledge of development and housing issues; Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills |
| | - A high level of demonstrated written communications skills (including report writing); A high level of analytical skill; Proficiency with using PC software, particularly microsoft office. |
