| | Youth challenge vanuatu is seeking three interested candidates to undertake the position of field staff. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Assist with project identification |
| | 2) Assist with site visit preparation |
| | 3) Each field staff will work with the project manager to identify an upcoming project which they will then take ownership over |
| | 4) Carry out project development |
| | 5) Assist with volunteer logistics-arranging for group flights, accommodation, transport, etc |
| | 6) Assist with international field staff preparation |
| | 7) Field staff training assistance |
| | 8) Assist with closure logistics and preparation |
| | 9) Assist with post-project monitoring and evaluation tasks |
| | 10) Assist other YCV programs managers as required. |

| | - Good communication skills; Good leaders skills; Good understanding in english (written/spoken); Have good understanding with community development settings |
