| | - Minimum years 13 with certificate in computing; Have good understanding of identity management and passport legislation; Preferable of 1-2 years experience in office administration; Experience in law |
| | enforcement; Computer literacy |
| | - Practical thinker; Good reading skills; Typing skills; Filing skills; Frontline office skills; Committed to work late hours and during unusual work hours |
| | - English or french and bislama. |
