| | As required under the vanuatu’s law for renewal of work permit, bred (vanuatu) limited is seeking to recruit a highly qualified and experienced person to fill the position of the general manager, at its head office in port vila. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) This is a supervisory management role, reporting directly to the general manager |
| | 2) Overall supervisory management of the organization |
| | 3) Heading lending department |
| | 4) Heading customer service. |
| | Applicants must meet the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - High tertiary in economics, finance and investment; High level knowledge in credit risk management strategy , policies and procedures across consumer, corporate and financial institutions segments and |
| | products; High level knowledge in transactional credit management ( both front office and risk management related) |
| | - More than 15 years banking and finance experience; Over 5 years banking supervisory management experience; Effective communication and project management skills; Good verbal and written |
| | communication skills |
| | - Experience of working in a multi- cultural environment; Ability to work long hours and under pressure. |
