| | This is a tremendous career opportunity to join and to contribute to westpac vanuatu’s successful and growing business. You will be part of a dynamic team of commercial hankers and responsible for managing a portfolio of business clients in a growing and challenging offshore environment. These is not work permit renewals. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Responsible for the performance and growth of a portfolio of clients |
| | 2) Develop and implement overall business strategies, ensuring a disciplined focus is maintained and demonstrating the skills required in motivating your team to achieve objectives |
| | 3) Contributing to a developing financial environment in vanuatu with an expanding commercial product range, including electronic and transactional banking solutions |
| | 4) Work with the business banking learn in a friendly, positive and supportive workplace |
| | 5) Motivate your team to deliver on the agreed asset, liability, revenue and sales targets with a strategic focus on being the “Bank of Choice” in our chosen markets. |

| | - Experienced and knowledgeable business banker with a passion to deliver for our customers and develop subordinates; Proven leadership with demonstrated cultural sensitivity; Capacity to coach, develop |
