| | renewal. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Reporting to head of credit pacific islands (based in Sydney) and country head vanuatu |
| | 2) Leadership and development of a skilled and professional credit risk management team for all aspects of credit risk management |
| | 3) Credit risk and portfolio management responsibilities through the credit process cycle ( origination, evaluation, approval, administration and problem loans), including the control and administration of all credit functions and fulfillment of credit monitoring and reporting requirements |
| | 4) Ensuring processes and procedures are within the framework of establishes credit policy, underwriting standards and strategy, thereby accomplishing a loan portfolio of sound quality and contributing to the achievement of the country’s business plan. |
