| | management of the company’s cocoa plantation located on malekula island in vanuatu. The successful applicant will reside at the plantation and will eventually report directly to the managing director in the sydney head office. |
| | Interested applicant must have the following requirements : |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Operating management experience in agribusiness or related industry; Proven ability to manage and direct staff and large number of workers of varying skill levels; Sound budgeting, and planning skills; |
| | Commercial acumen and ability to make decisions; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Sound mechanical skills |
| | - Some prior experience in tropical agriculture, particularly cocoa, and working in the pacific/asia is preferable but not necessary. |
