| | - Degree in social work, social work law, administration and other related fields; At least 3 years relevant experience in dealing with childrens rights or experience in a similar environment; Demonstrated |

| | - Good keyboard skills and ability to ms word, ms powerpoint; Excellent policy and analytic skills; Good judgement, interpretation, planning and reporting writing skill; Good research and communication skills; |
| | Able to think analytically, practically, comprehensively and be open minded |
| | - Professional, respect, responsive, confident, cooperative, punctual, judgemental, trustworthy, teamwork and self starter; Excellent communication skills required; Fluent in english, french and bislama. |
