| | We seek a dynamic country director to manage our program in Vanuatu. The Country Director Provides strategic leadership of the country program, ensuring high quality and impact in working with communities and partners. The contract is fulltime fixed term for 2 years. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Responsibility to represent the organisation at the country level |
| | 2) Manage complex change and ensure that gender equality is promoted and integrated at the organisational and program levels |
| | 3) This is a senior manager position in our Pacific regional team, and will be expected to travel domestically and internationally. |
