Job Description:

The ministry of Infrastructure wishes to recruit suitable individual for the position of ICT policy manager. Interested individuals should call in the Ministry of Infrastructure, corporate services HR office to collect the standard job application form - PSC form 3-2.

Interested applicant must have the following requirements:

Criteria:

- An undergraduate degree (or higher) in economics, public policy, public administration; relevant; At least 10 years working experience in an economics, public policy; Administration law or public

administration positions of at least 5 years were in management or supervisory role; Some knowledge and experience of the telecommunications or IT industries would be useful

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to manage vise staff; Computer literacy and competence in commonly used office software; Highly motivated and shows initiative; An analytical

thinker, practical and creative thinker

- Candidate should exhibit a high level of professionalism and ethical judgment; English or french is essential, bislama is desirable.
