| | Applicants are invited for the position of Member Services Officers in the Member Services Department for its head Office in Port Vila. This is a senior position and requires a mature and dedicated person. Rules and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Under the direction and control of the manager member services, ensure accurate and timely processing of all member data and withdrawal claims |
| | 2) Ensure that all member records, withdrawal applications and documentations are verified and processed according to the VNPF act 169, regulation and internal policies and procedures |
| | 3) To provide efficient services to members, improve compliance and maintain meaningful communication with members and stakeholders. |
| | Interested applicant must have the following requirements: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Tertiary qualification in Finance accounting, law or commerce or economic; Preferably diploma or higher; He/she most have 2 or 3 years of work experience in either of the mentioned above; Can take |
| | initiatives; Achieve high quality results with minimum supervision and able to cope with work under pressure; Has excellent verbal and written communication skills |
| | - Must be computer literate; Must have excellent interpersonal skills; Has a mature judgment in decision making and problem analysis/ solving; Has good communication spoken/written skills in Bislama, |
| | English and French is an advantage. |
