| | Criteria: |
| | - Qualified motor mechanic 20-25 years experience; Qualification and experience in Light motor vehicle, Diesel & Petrol; Qualification and experience in motor vehicle diagnostics; Knowledge in Automotive |
| | Electronics |
| | - Valid Drivers License ; Able to work unsupervised; Able to manage and run a workshop with a customer base of 300; Able to manage 6-15 mechanics and technicians; Good Customer relation skills; Able to |
| | work within the companies budgets and targets; |
| | - Computer Literate; Ensure Maintenance/Repair are done to the highest standards at all time and adhere to safety requirements; Analyze and eliminate practices that waste supplies, space and/or time; |
| | - Willing to Learn New Ideas/Practises/Methods from Superior Management; Agree to all other reasonable requests as specified by the Managing Director and/or Superior Management. |
