| | - Complete tertiary education in the field of tourism and or business; Exceptional customer service & communication skills along with excellent attention to details; Qualified in ticketing I and 2 and AMADEUS |
| | reservations system desirable |
| | - Must have a pleasant, professional telephone manner and be a patient and a sympathetic listener; Be able to work well under pressure & handle demanding activities and datelines; Excellent PC skills; Strong |

| | - Demonstrate experience in handling customer’s issue and needs; Ability to work weekends, Public holidays and overtime; Willingness to be trained and to accept additional responsibilities; Must be able to |
