| | - Provide evidence of at least two years of work experience in restaurant and bar; Assist F&B attendants as required especially during function; Prepare potential food costing for functions; Prepare actual food |
| | and beverage costing after each function |
| | - Maintain personnel files; Ready to learn computer skills in spreadsheet, Word and Microsoft outlook; Perform other duties as assigned to by the operations manager food and beverage. |
