| | Minimum Qualifications to be selected for Deputy Sheriff of the Supreme Court Post includes the following below: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Formal education Background of at least an year 13 leaver or certificate in Policing Procedure; Training and appropriate experience , knowledge and skills in providing Security |
| | - Sound organizational and Time Management skills; Basic knowledge in Administration; Basic Knowledge of the Justice System |
| | - Demonstrate ability to identify and resolve conflict situations; Good communication skills , both Verbal and Written; Must be Fluent in English/French and Bislama |
| | - Must be honest and Reliable person; Able to work as a team |
