| | These are team leader roles responsible for overseeing the operations of Ipota and Pangi branch, by ensuring banking services delivery to NBV’s customer’s retail banking needs are met in a prudent manner and according to the Bank policies and procedures. |
| | The successful applicant must have the following below: |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Have successfully completed appropriate secondary education to year 13 level or higher |
| | - Have minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in service delivery |
| | - Possess good operations and managerial skills; Be able to lead and supervise subordinate staff |
| | - Possess sound knowledge of local business and community environment; Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills |
| | - Possess good customer services skills; Be over 25 years of age. |
