| | Criteria: |
| | - At least 10 years working experience with Customs or Rates and Taxation or similar revenue areas is highly desirable |
| | - Management Experience; Good communication skills; Good leadership skills; Good knowledge of legistlation and an ability to draft and progress legislation through parliament |
| | - Familiar with Asycuda system; Familiar with harmonized system Tariff Nomenclature, customs valuation, rules of origin |
| | - Evidence gathering and interview techniques; Effective team leader |
| | - Diploma in management and International trade policies is highly desireable; Must be fluent in English, French and Bislama; Good character. |
