This position is responsible for developing a wide range of information and communication on electricity and water matters to enable the URA to effectively inform consumers and the public generally. | person who has qualifications in any of the areas below: |
| Criteria: |
| - Economics; Law; and Engineering or a combination of these disciplines and who can be available for up to 12 months |
| - Requires website design ability |
| - Must have excellent working knowledge of word and Excel and excellent report writing and communication skills |
| - Must possess a high level of research and analyctical skills; Will have experience of working directly with URA staff and management to develop and improve communications material. |
| - The person will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize and perform the duties with minimal Supervision. |
