| | To establish and maintain transparent, robust financial and accounting management processes within the Unit that meet Ministry procedures and external donor program funding requirements. |

| | - Demonstrated experience in designing and producing timely accurate budget and financial reports to external audit standard |
| | - Diploma or degree in accounting. Registered accountant. |
