| | VRDTCA is seeking to recruit for its national office in Vila a suitable person for the position above. |

| | The successful Candidate will oversee the development of Rural Training Centers to be responsive to the needs of trainees and communities, to produce qualifications that are relevant for community development, labour market and path way for graduates to undertake further studies. And to further develop RTCS to be excellent and appropriate learning avenue for |
| | community development. |

| | The Successful applicant will have the following attributes below. |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Strong leadership skills and experiences in the None formal education; Experience in rural Development and have broader vision for RTCS as an excellent avenue for skills learning and Agent for community |
| | development. |
| | - Strong organizational skills; At least 3 years experiences working at the management level; Ability to build working relationship with other stakeholders in the area of Non-formal education |
| | - Available to travel to rural areas; Motivated self starter with proven ability to use initiative |
| | - Degree in Non-formal Education or other relevant qualifications |
| | - Have a clear knowledge to work with RTCS managers to develop and implement sustainability plan for the RTCS. |
