| | Detailed Terms of Reference and UN Personnel History Form (P11) can be obtained from the UNICEF Pacific Office, Suva or UNICEF Website. |
| | UNICEF is seeking two (2) consultants who will undertake the following tasks as Field Research Assistants. |
| | • Participate in a planned training for field research assistants that will enable the selected individuals to assist with data collection (quantitative) |
| | • Participate in field testing or research instruments |
| | • Obtain informed consent from audit participants and parents of young children (under the age of 16) who are participating in the study |
| | • Provide baseline Research Study Consultant and arrange meetings with other organizations, province, schools, or communities with the purpose of collecting data |
| | • Assist the baseline research consultant by conducting and documenting structured and unstructured interviews and focus group discussion, and filling questionnaires in quantitative data collection |
| | • Coding, recording and inputting data from the study. |

| | The Field research assistants will be based in Vanuatu and will travel extensively in-country to CFS research sites. Application from qualified women are encouraged. |

| | - Completion of tertiarry education |
| | - Understanding of process involved in data coding, entry and validation; Advanced ability to listen and read; ability to communicate well |
| | - Good people skills; Ability to use excel and SPSS or other data software |
