| | - Minimum of year 12 qualification; Experience in community development work |

| | - Strong report writing skills in English; Good organizational and communication skills as well as public skills |
| | - Project plannning including skills in accounts management and program budgeting; Training in facilitation skills; Must be computer literate |
| | Desirable: Experience working in a communinty development environment; Understanding of or commitment to developing an understanding of the principles of the Child Rights Convention. |
