| | - Minimum of 12 year qualification |
| | - Posses some knowledge in HIV/AIDS; Experience working with children; Experience in commmunity development work; Qualification or experience in project management |
| | - Strong report writing skills in English; Good organizational and communication skills as well as public skills |
| | - Project plannning including skills in basic accounts; Training in facilitation skills; Must be computer literate |
| | Desirable: Experience working in a communinty development environment; Understanding of or commitment to developing an understanding of the principles of the Child Rights. |
