| | - Deploma/Degree in Economics, Statistics or related subjects |
| | - At least 5 years of more working experience at a senior level, five or more years in managing statistical service. Strong personality and commitment to manage statistical programs/activities for Vanuatu |
| | including it's human and financial resources in line to program budgetary provision` |
| | - Knowledge of statistical packages as SPSS, Microsoft 2003-2007, CSPRO, Microsoft Project, POPGIS, DEVINFO |
| | - Leadership competencies: Visionary, Motivation,Team building, Coaching, Proactive, Networking, Lead with direction; Analytical with strong numeracy, operation at high level; Trustworthy; Shows |
| | professionalism, shows respect for others, confident,cooperative, puntual, judgemental |
| | - Good standard of written and verbal communication skills. |
