| | - A Diploma/Degree in a field related to development and/or management experience in field research |
| | - A minimum of five (5) years experience in community development or relief with management experience |
| | - Demonstrated project management skills; Assist to coordinate projects and staff training; To supervise and implement Sanma Province Projects and organize project activities |
| | - To ensure, monitor adequate coordination of activities and to assist in managing funds |
| | - Ability to submit timely narrative reports; A high level of communication and negotiation skills; Drivers License. |
