| | - Minimum diploma level in Information and Communication Technology; Minimum of five years in a supervisor or managerial position in IT |
| | - Some experience in developing database and website; Some experience with Customer Service management would be an advantage; Change management experience |
| | - Analytical thinking; Critical thinking; Strong customer focus; Continuous improvement focus |
| | - Able to take a strategic view; High quality oral and written communication skills; Computer literate |
