| | - Ability to work with stakeholders within Government, NGOs and private sectors to bring RTCS graduate to level of public market |
| | - Work alone side RTCS improve their training to three levels basic intermediate and advance level |
| | - Working towards a permanent teacher training for RTCS; Is available to travel to RTCS |
