| | Criteria: |
| | - Minimum qualification of Diploma in Beauty Treatment - Spa with 5 years of international Spa experience; Must have held senior responsibility role in this area within a Resort or Hotel. |
| | - Be an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual dedicated to delivery of exceptional guest service; This is a role for a ‘hands-on’ person, who ensures high standards of professional and financial performance |
| | - Capable in providing leadership, direction & training to a team of SpaTherapists I Masseurs to deliver highest standard at all times |
| | - Must be computer literate, required to understand & monitor budget & payroll for the Spa |
| | - Ability to work within the Resort Management team whilst participating actively participating in the development of the Le Lagon Resort Spa portfolio |
