| The governance for Growth (GfG) is a joint initiative of the Government of Vanuatu and Australia that aims to support the Government of Vanuatu (GoV) in addressing obstacles to economic growth and service delivery. The program is a 10 – 15 year initiative, working closely with the GoV in economic reform areas such as telecommunication, public financial |
| management, power infrastructure, aviation, commodities marketing, tourism and ports. |

| The Program is co-located in the Public Service Commission Building and has a team of people who work in these reforms. This mode of delivering assistance is continually growing and it is important that sufficient resources are available to support implementation of the reforms using the GoV systems. |

| GfG is looking to engage a Contractor who has skills and experience working with the GoV system and processes and whose role is to work closely with the GfG program team, oversee assistance provided through the GoV systems. The position is a two (2) year contract position with a possibility of one (1) year extension. Applications are invited for this postion. |

| - The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage a complex work program; Demonstrated experience working with the GoV system and process; contract and project management |
| - Ability to produce complex financial documents including budgets and acquittal |
| - The ability to develop strong working relationships with counterparts in government central and line ministries is essential |
| - Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills |
