| | Responsibilities |
| | |
| | The expert consultant will be responsible for supporting the Government of Vanuatu in implementing its national development partners, implementation of interventions planned in ADB’s Country Partnership Strategy and ongoing Country Operations Business Plans and strengthening of aid coordination and aid effectiveness. |
| | |
| | The position will report to the Regional Director, PLCO. |
| | |

| | - Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned at the required level |
| | - Bachelor's Degree in the fields of management, economics, engineering or related fields of expertise, master degree an advantage |
| | - At least 5 years relevant experience in project management, research, procurement, related experience with the Government and in international agencies will be an advantage |
| | - Good computer skills in covering word processing and spreadsheets and preferably with the knowledge of data management and graphics software |
| | - Good interpersonal skills in multicultural team environment; familiarity with local institutions |
