* SEE JOB SOURCE FOR FULL DETAILS* The National Sales & Branch Manager is at all times responsible and accountable for the operational integrity, efficiencies and productivity of the Pacific Autronics Ltd. Operations branch . The position is responsible for maintaining a satisfactory stock level and mix to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and market

penetration, while at the same time working within the companies ordering guidelines.


The National Sales & Branch Manager is also responsible for identifying and developing citizen staff with the objective of fulfilling localization plans. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIES



1. Ability to Confront Customers in Terms of Product Advertising and Sales.


2. Provide management experience and support to Branch Sales staff and other management / personnel to ensure maximum / accurate performance is achieved in day-to-day operation.


3. Ensure Branch security and maintenance is maintained at the highest level of all company assets such as inventory, cash, motor vehicles and buildings under the direct control of the incumbent Manager.


4. Control Branch cost by seeing that the company receives full value for services, parts and materials purchased. Constantly review suppliers, services and prices to ensure maximum benefit to the customer and the company.


5. Analyze and eliminate practices that waste supplies, space or time.


6. Control Costings, arrival of new stocks, stock transfers, discounts so Gross Profit and Volume Sales are maximized as opportunities are identified at HO (Head Office) and Branch.


7. To advice senior management of stock trends in regards to outage and slow moving stock.


8. To ensure that housekeeping within the Branch & Head Office Parts Department is of the highest standard.


9. To audit and train sales staff at Branch and HO and other personnel in the correct operational procedures based on company’s Policy and Procedure Manual.


10. Set example by giving enthusiastic and cheerful leadership to Branch and HO staff.


11. To motivate sale staff in achieving budgets, targets and improving customer relationship & communication at Branch and HO


12. To maintain on the job training for all personnel at Branch and HO and highlight to the Managing Director any special needs that may/will need to be addressed.


13. To develop a good organization at Branch & HO by establishing programs for sales personnel which will enhance their product knowledge, skills, attitude and appearance and job effectiveness.


14. To manage the inventory at Branch and at HO and ensure parts / product availability is maintained at a level as set in system parameters.


15. Maintain a stock mix in order to provide efficient service to customer base at Branch and HO.


16. Assist and prepare weekly Monday Stock Order every at Branch and HO and forward to the Managing Director for approval prior to placement of order.


17. To monitor and maintain ordering parameters and procedure that ensures each Branch holds, Fast Moving Items with all other movement categories being held in the Vila Head Office store only.


18. Assist and ensure that costing is completed at HO efficiently and accurately though the system and distributed to the branches.


19. To ensure proper maintenance of Bin location is carried out on a regular basis, including maintaining storage integrity of inventory at branch and HO.


20. That parts/product is binned labeled in a manner that ensures maximum productivity/efficiency at branch and HO.


21. Ensure that inventory levels in the computer system are consistent with physical stock by organizing and conducting regular stock-takes using the Perpetual Inventory system at Branch and HO


22. Amend and update quantity or prices on the computer system when required at Branch and HO


23. Ability to Introduce New Ideas and Make Decisions Based on Company’s Profit/Benefit where at the same time, remain within Financial Limitations.
