| | - Must have a Bachelor Degree or Higher in electrical or mechanical enigineering is preferred, but person with academic qualifications in other engineering disciplines may be considered |
| | - Experienced in undertaking of technical evaluation investment of projects |
| | - Thorough familiarity with the use of the computer as an analyctical tool, in particular use of Excel |
| | - Good oral communication and report-writing skils |
| | - Familiarity woth the use of a GIS tool (such as ARCGIS or MapInfo) would be an advantage |
