| - Capable in kichen menu development with the creative eye, a perfectionist in food creation & presentation |
| - Skilled in food production at the kitchen level management, presentation & service at outlet level management |
| - Possess strong fiscal responsibility, cost control and purchasing knowledge; Basic stock-taking skills & knowledge |
| - Excellent coordination skills working with front of the house team members particulary during banqueting/meeting events and function |
