- Trade 1 pest pass; possess excellent culinary knowledge, kitchen management

- Capable in kichen menu development with the creative eye, a perfectionist in food creation & presentation

- Skilled in food production at the kitchen level management, presentation & service at outlet level management

- Possess strong fiscal responsibility, cost control and purchasing knowledge; Basic stock-taking skills & knowledge

- Excellent coordination skills working with front of the house team members particulary during banqueting/meeting events and function
