| | The Project Manager reports directly to the Chairman of IPDS and will be responsible for managing the warf project from the standpoint of technical and engineer considerations; assessing reasonableness of cost, coordinate the operation of the project, monitor and evaluate the technical and engineering performance of the project and provide advice to the IPDS |
| | board as required. | | Criteria: |
| | - Project Management and design work |
| | - Review and stamping of civil engineering plans as appropriate, assist with preparing job plans, proposals and cost estimates |
| | - Communicate effectively with new and existing clients, solve construction problems, excellent knowledge of all aspects of design, permit processes and construction is required and computer literate |
| | - A bachelors degree (or higher) in civil engineering is preferred, but persons with academic qualifications in other engineering disciplines may be considered |
| | - At least 10 years relevent work experience with at least 5 years work experience at the senior level |
