| | In consultation with PBT chair and TVET Centre Manager, the ETF Access Officer will be responsible for: Promoting the Employment and Training Fund (ETF) to the various training providers in SANMA, maintaining a database of training providers, accesing the needs of training providers and providing assistance in registering with VNTC, initiating and arranging the train |
| | the trainer course, identifying high demand ETF courses and arranging instructional materials, coordinating closely with VNTC with accreditation and registration committee of PBT, establishing contacts with various communities, cooperatives, business groups and other stakeholders, preparing quarterly and annual reports. 12 month contract based in PTB/TVET |

| | - Educational background in rural development or its equivalent and at least 1 year experience in community development |
