| The Grand Hotel & Casino is looking for an energetic person to appoint as a Payroll Officer. |
| Duties and Responsibilities: |
| 1) End to end processing of selected fortnightly payrolls |
| 2) On-going maintenance of payroll system and leave planning system |
| 3) Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries |
| 4) Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports |
| 5) Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in to overtime, shift allowances etc. |
| 6) Undertaking required reporting, both internal and statutory reporting |
| 7) Payroll administration- filing, setting up new employees. |
| Interested applicant must possess the following: |
| Criteria: |
| - Demonstrated payroll processing experience; Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills; Attention to detail |
| - Numerical ability and data entry skills. |
