Managing front-of-house staff and daily service operations, Staff rostering, supervision, and on-the-job training, Ensuring high customer service standards are maintained, Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally, Coordinating closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team, Managing reservations and floor flow during service, Ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and venue standards, Supporting basic reporting and stock control as required & Upholding company policies and workplace standards

 

Selection Criteria:

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant supervision/management, Strong communication and leadership skills, Organised, reliable, and confident managing a team, Customer-focused with a calm, professional approach, Able to work evenings, weekends, and peak service times
